Truck Driver Training

ICC’s Truck Driver Training Program will prepare you for a career which offers independence and a salary that may range from $35,000 to over $75,000. Our expert instructors will help you master the skills necessary to successfully pass the Illinois Secretary of State’s Class A road test as well as learn the Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations, endorsement preparation, logbook protocol, and map reading and trip planning.

You’ll Learn:

  • Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
  • Endorsement preparation
  • Logbook protocol
  • Map reading and trip planning

You’ll also get complete training on an 18-wheeler. At the end of the course, you’ll take the Illinois Secretary of State’s Class A road test.

Once you have completed the program, you may be recruited by local and/or regional companies. Because of our excellent reputation in the industry and the network of potential employers, it is common for our new drivers to earn a position within a short time of finishing.
