Employee Discount Program
The employee Discount Program (EDP) is a benefit designed to provide employees with the opportunity to receive discounts on goods and services. These discounts may be used solely at the discretion of the employees.
If you are or know of a vendor hoping to provide a discounted good or service to ICC employees, please complete the vendor request form. Eye health exam is only $45; eyeglass frames are 25% off retail; complete 2 multi-packs disposable contacts package is only $99; sunglasses are 25% off regular retail; lenses and add-ons are discounted anywhere from 10 – 30%.
Faculty and staff members (full- and part-time) can redeem the Bard Optical discount at any of the 20 locations by stating that he/she is employed by Illinois Central College. His/Her family members are also eligible for the discount. This program cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or insurance plan. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ICC offers a discount to staff in our nationally accredited Children Center. We provide full- and part-time care to children ages 2 and toilet trained to age 6. A high quality preschool experience and a full service child care “lab school” are located in one family-oriented location, on the first floor on the East Peoria Campus of the Academic Building. Hours are Mon-Fri: 6:45 am – 5 pm.

Bookstore
All faculty and staff will receive a 10% discount with the purchase of any item over $1 with the exception of textbooks, clearance, or sale items. You must present your faculty/staff ID at the time of checkout in order to receive the discount.
The 10% discount on textbook purchases is for employees and eligible dependents that are approved to receive a tuition waiver. Once approved, the dependent will receive the discount on textbooks with the employee being present. The dependent must present their student ID to the cashier at the time of check out. Employees must present their employee ID and class schedule at the time of check out in order to receive the discount.
For all employees/dependents not approved for a tuition waiver at the time of purchasing textbooks, a Textbook Discount Request Form must be filled out. Once approved, you must provide a copy of the receipt in order to receive the refund.
Student employees are also eligible to receive a 10% discount on all purchases over $1. Student employees must show a letter from their immediate supervisor verifying employment at the time of their purchase. Every semester, students should contact their supervisor to request a letter verifying employment.
If you do not have a faculty/staff ID, you may obtain one at the Human Resources department at East Peoria Campus, Academic Building, 339G.
College For Kids
ICC employees are eligible for a 15% discount off their College for Kids registration! The discount is available for phone-in or walk-in registrations only and is NOT available for online registrations. Employees must be the participant’s parent or legal guardian to receive the discount. Grandparents are eligible only if they are the participant’s legal guardian. Register in person at the Peoria Campus, Hickory Hall, Front Desk or by calling (309) 690-6900.
